As the Test Manager you will take full responsibility for the projects successes. 

This position involves quality & test advocacy, resource planning & management, resolution of issues that impede the testing effort and ensure testing phases are delivered on-time and on-budget.Must have worked in a large environment and handled multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead and train the Testing Team to the success of projects

Work on multiple efforts simultaneously

Plan, deploy and manage the testing effort for any given engagement.

Create and maintain the scope of the testing schedule within the context of each release / delivery.

Delegate testing tasks to your team (i.e., test case writing, test case peer review, test execution) and help them reach completion targets with quality work.

Deploy and manage resources for testing.

Apply the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the Testing Team

Ensure team members are writing good requirements-based test cases (various types including system, integration, UAT, End to End).

Lead Defect Triage meetings to facilitate defect visibility and to quickly move to resolution.

Conducts/facilitates 'lessons learned' meetings

Conducts project debriefing for the entire testing department
