Sr. Technical Systems Analyst

10+ years’ experienceas a Sr. Technical Systems Analyst and can Supporting our global inventory application

Skills:

Need excellent communication and time management skills

Energetic, positive and passionate about problem solving

Being proactive and organized

Attentive to details and follow up

Daily interaction with the business teams, gathering requirements, write user stories, - Basic BA duties.

Must be comfortable using Jira & ServiceNow

Understands SDLC and the different facets of analyst role

Started career as a coder, programmer or SQL professional (reports, DB, developer, etc.)

Qualifications:

College degree related to IT

Experience level between 10-15 years

Nice to Have: Previous Corporate or Consulting experience and understands how to navigate Medium to Large IT org and definition of stakeholders

Side notes:

This is someone who would be involved in ALL things (production, tickets, triage, new requirements, etc.)

Current Sr. Sys Analyst would train/guide until new hire becomes more independent

Client uses ServiceNow and Confluence daily

Manager style is not a micro manager, but understands the daily challenges

Work day is mostly between 8:30 and 5:30 ET (we do not push people off hours unless there is a Priority 1 issue needing special handling)
