(Workday Financial Management)

Must be:

System Administrator to work within the Finance modules. 

In this role you will work with other team members to ensure interoperability of Finance with other Workday modules like HCM and Payroll.

You will also support the implementation and on-going support of Workday Finance modules.

A sampling of job duties includes:

Build and maintain configuration and features of the Workday Financials application with a focus on Core Financials, AP/Procurement, AR, Cash Management and Revenue Management

Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements, configure, prototype and test Workday solutions for varying business requirements

Build or maintain functional configuration including custom validations, condition rules, calculated fields, reports, and dashboards

Be part of a team that will respond to and resolve Workday Financials issues and look to utilize the latest available features released by Workday

Collaborate with team members and business leads on development of processes to support the technology

Provide support and training to end users surrounding Workday Financials with an emphasis on accuracy and standard processes

Work independently or in teams to troubleshoot issues with Workday Financials to identify the RCCA

Collaborate with team members on integrations required for Finance and Accounting

Work closely with other USACS Workday Administrators and Business Analysts to ensure cross-functional needs are met across HCM, Payroll and Finance

To be successful, you should possess most of the following:

S. Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related area or equivalent

5+ years hands on experience with Workday Financial Management system performing functional configuration (business process configuration, security framework, condition rules, calculated fields, reporting)

Workday certification in Finance or applicable customer training in Workday Financial Management or other relative application

Preferred prior experience with implementing Workday Financial Management

Knowledge of Accounting Principles like Core Financials, AP/Procurement, AR, Cash Management and Revenue Management

Solution architect experience working to determine long-term solutions built for scale and efficiency

Knowledge of building basic and advanced custom reports as required for the functional areas supported
