Must be:

Responsible for servicing incoming ServiceNow consumer requests and supporting new members of the Release team as they deepen their portfolio knowledge.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Familiarity with the user interface, workflows, and data structures for business applications implemented in portfolios such as ITIL, CMDB, Service Catalog, Hardware and Software Asset Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, and Incident Management Experience with quality assurance tasks related to ServiceNow portfolios.

Partner effectively with a wide range of individuals, delivery teams, business leaders, and external partners to drive business success Identify areas of improvement for the various team processes, provide solutions and see them through to completion

Able to stay organized, balance multiple competing priorities, and meet committed deadlines

Makes sound decisions with limited facts or resources Balances strategic and pragmatic concerns when solving problems

REQUIREMENTS:

4+ years of total relevant work experience

Experience with ServiceNow, ideally with Tokyo version

Experience with AWS

Strong communication skills

BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE:

Strong communication skills and able to work without direction in a team environment

Strong soft skills with a human-centric approach to change management
