Roles & Responsibilities:

Integrate business needs and technology solutions for clients

Project management, governance, tracking and reporting

Delivery planning and execution

Presales governance to assess deliverability

Strong analysis skills to drive insights from data and make business recommendations

Requirements:

Broad understanding of Salesforce platform, supporting technologies and solutions

Team player with strong interpersonal skills

A passion for self-starting, hybrid roles 

Ability to identify and resolve conflict

Ability to learn quickly and think creatively

Ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies

Ability to effectively facilitate meetings and demonstrate consensus-building skills

Extensive Salesforce experience

Extensive Project Management experience with a Salesforce partner

Active Salesforce certifications and willingness to achieve additional certifications

Extensive experience acting as a scrum master and in-depth understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodeologies
