Salesforce Business Systems Analyst / Salesforce Product Analyst

DESCRIPTION:

We are looking to hire a Salesforce Product Analyst. You will work on the Agile team that supports the B2B instance of Salesforce by taking business prioritization and requirements to partner with our technology teams.  

Working with employees across the globe, you will be responsible for writing Features and User Stories to deliver prioritized initiatives. 

A sampling of duties includes:

Story writing, seeing the feature from start to finish. Writing stories for the development team, answering developer’s questions, and requirements gathering

Ability to take complex business requirements and break them down into actionable user stories for our developers.

Experience documenting business processes in tools such as Visio

Asking questions to understand the business problem and the business value it provides

Strong written and verbal communication skills to work with a variety of stakeholder across the globe

To be successful, you should possess most of the following:

Minimum 2+ years of experience working as an Analyst with Salesforce

Experience with end-to-end Salesforce Feature rollouts including requirement elicitation, story writing, working with Developers and configuration

Experience in Agile processes (Rally experience a plus) 

Salesforce Admin Certification preferred
