Salesforce Business Analyst

Role & Responsibilities:

Work in partnership with the Salesforce Project Manager to collaborate and support the needs of the program

Support discovery sessions to help produce strategic roadmaps and product backlogs

Work with team members to gather, understand and define business requirements through interviews, workshops and/or existing systems documentation, workflows or procedures

Perform detailed analysis resulting in clear, concise and unambiguous system requirements

Document detailed use cases that cover all alternate and exception flows, supplementing use cases with real world scenarios

Provide detailed analysis of processes and workflows with suggestions for improvement. Identify areas where technology can lead to increased efficiency and productivity

Ensure requirements are understood, agreed to and signed off at the appropriate stages in a project

Develop Epics, User Stories, Tasks and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions, using JIRA

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience using Salesforce to develop a client or business solutions

Experience in a Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)

Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and requirements

Experience collaborating with business stakeholders at various levels and ability to build strong relationships

Proven ability to leverage analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, and JIRA
