Salesforce Architect/Technical Lead

You will be wearing multiple hats, have complete ownership of the Salesforce platform and will have the opportunity to build out your own Salesforce team as the company continues to grow.

Day to Day:

Act as the lead Salesforce Architect for the organization

Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts to help translate business requirements into strategic technical plans

Salesforce Application design and development

Create technical plans and oversee the development & deployment

Lead and collaborate with a team of Salesforce developers

Follow Test Driven Development, Technical Documentation, Sandbox Testing, Version Control, DevOps Release Management and Production Support

Integrate various 3rd party and internal applications

Architect and build solutions that help scale the output and impact of our sales, operations and marketing teams

Deliver highly-technical consultative and support services to internal teams

Understand the marketing technology ecosystem and how these technologies can be leveraged

Our core stack utilizes Cake Marketing, Salesforce.com, Five9, Box.com, Microsoft 365, AWS, PHP & Wordpress Responsibilities: • You will be the head of all thing’s Salesforce related

Evaluate, hire and manage new staff & outsourced firms & contractors

You will manage internal staff as well as outsourced firms & contractors

Ideal Qualifications:

Salesforce Certification(s)

6+ years of Salesforce Development experience

4+ years of Salesforce Architecture

Experience in developing & deploying applications

Extensive knowledge of Agile Process

Strong ability to translate business needs into technical reality

Ability to coach and mentor developers and admins

Strong skills around project scoping and planning
