Project Coordinator

Global Financial Institution is seeking a Project Coordinator for a long-term contract opportunity.  

You will be responsible for administering and organizing all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. 

You will be responsible for working closely with our Project Management team to achieve project goals and objectives. 

You will be maintaining project documentation, along with administrative duties. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. 

Ultimately, you will ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet high quality standards.

A sampling of duties includes:

Assisting the team in completing backlogs and project plans

Diving in and helping team members complete their schedules & keeping the team updated and on track.

Logging meeting minutes and agendas

Creating presentations

Act on tasks from our internal team to assist with schedule management.

Transcribe meeting minutes, memos, submittals, and RFI’s.

Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.

Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.

Ensure standards and requirements are met.

To be successful; you should possess most of the following:

3+ years’ experience working with Project Management teams.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail.

Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, more specifically SharePoint and PowerPoint
