Pega Operations Support

Job Description:

The resource will support Pega solution architecture and environment installation/configuration at clients end.

Additional responsibilities include:

Design and implement target state configuration of Pega and associated environments(database, infrastructure, platform, and security elements)

Support operations of the environments (patching, software updates, application deployments)

Define processes, requirements / use cases / user stories, and test cases / acceptance criteria for the target state

Help write up the assessment of the current state and the approach, architecture, plans, and other documents describing the target state and its implementation

Required Education:

Bachelors + 5 years experience

Mandatory Skills:

Deploying applications with Pega - minimum 2 + years

Automated testing - minimum 1 + years

General software development - minimum 5 + years

Preferred Skills:

Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) or System Architect (SA) Certification

IT modernization experience (replacing or migrating legacy functionality and data) - minimum 1 + years

Pega DevOps - minimum 1 + years

Working in Agile development team - minimum 1 + years

Education/Work Experience:

Bachelors + 5 years experience
