Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Lead to help build out their IT team. The ideal candidate will bring innovative ways to solve problems and be a key contributor in helping the organization grow and the software architecture. 

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related engineering field

5+ years of software development

Over 3 years of experience building websites and scalable web-applications

Experience with JavaScript Frameworks (Angular/ReactJS/NodeJS)

Must have experience with Kanban

Experience with AWS or other cloud environments

Experience working in an agile environment

Experience working in distributed architecture

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Will be managing Kanban and handling code reviews

Experience managing scrum team(s) for software products

Mentors and trains the team on design and coding

Manages multiple projects

Will be contributing to the technical roadmap of the organization

Collaborates with product management, marketing, and other related areas of business

BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE:

Strong communication skills and able to work without direction in a team environment

Strong soft skills with a human-centric approach to change management
