Job Description:

Will be responsible for leading the agile transformation for the entire organization.

Focus on portfolio and lean portfolio management practices

Experience in coaching and implementing at the executive level to LPM practices

Must be a SAFe Program Consultant – up to date (v5)

Coaching executives, release trains and teams

Portfolio coach – needs to be really really good at coaching executives – has to understand them and operate at that level.

Continuous learning and continuous improvement are HUGE.
