Job Requirements:
This is a split position with approximately 75% of the work focused on supporting the client project and 25% focused on TechWerks’ Quality Assurance efforts.
This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, optimistic, enjoys opportunities to learn, and is looking to grow their project management skills and experience. Written and verbal fluency in both Spanish and English is a required.
This position will support the Project Manager in leading large and complex client projects, from initial planning through development and implementation. The position holder must exhibit excellent customer service and written and oral communication skills, as they will be working closely with customers and be integral to the successful delivery and execution of project requirements. The right candidate for this position can work with small and large multi-functional and geographically distributed teams consisting of various types of professional personnel. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced agile environment often supporting matters of high and public visibility. Must reflect the highest of standards and ensure that delivered solutions meet all customer business requirements. Must be willing and prepared to cross-train and support other team members’ tasks as needed, including phone and fulfillment support. Will work closely with partners and clients, serving as a public representative of TechWerks and must perform as such. Accountability, honesty, organization, ingenuity, consistency, accuracy, flexibility and reliability are the foundational requirements for the position. The position holder will support process management audits and certification renewals throughout the year.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Monitor the progress, quality, and delivery of support services and products.
Meeting attendance, scheduling, and moderating, establish and maintain preferred communications channels, executive summarization, and task delegation.
Build and maintain effective relationships with new and existing clients, vendors, and fellow teammates. This may include on-site and off-site engagements.
Provide statistical and/or narrative memos, briefs, reports, or presentations. Create status reports. Generate forecasting reports, tracking methods, stakeholder analysis, risk assessments, impact reports, diagrams, possible solutions, and contingency planning.
Provide high-level internal and external support which may include instructional systems design, research, surveys, training production, training delivery, contracting management, and other duties as assigned.
Provide ground-level support to internal and external staff which may include data entry, phone support, customer service, shipping and fulfillment, meeting/webinar moderation, training production, document and data formatting, and other duties as assigned.
Assist with maintaining organizational standards, policies, processes, and procedures that accurately reflect how the company does business and advise project managers on company quality management expectations to ensure necessary artifacts (Risk Logs, Project Management Plans, etc.) are being properly utilized and maintained.
Support internal and external quality management audits.
Support company business development endeavors from prospective clientele stewardship to partnership and contractual collaborations.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree
4+ years professional experience preferred
SKILLS
Microsoft Word, Excel
Microsoft Teams (preferred) or other chat software
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized
Excellent phone skills
Excellent time management skills
Must be able to communicate (written and verbal) with native English and Spanish speakers.
Able to work well with remote team members
Adapt and respond to changes both inside and outside the assigned projects/programs.
Must be able to lift 25lb
WORK ENVIRONMENT
