Job Description:

6+ years’ experience with ServiceNow

Troubleshoot any discovery issues identified by Network Engineer or Librarian

Onboard or help create any new discovery/parser/federated data source

Maintain discovery health

Audit skills and need detailed oriented capabilities

Process driven

Report progress on all work item to the project team/manager

Expert level knowledge on the ServiceNow core platform modules and applications.

Deeply familiar with the ITOM, ITBM, ITSM, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Flow Designer, and Service Portal designer modules.

Experience implementing Service Now modules.

Experience with ongoing reliability testing.

Experience with Agile/SaFe methodology.

Expertise with JavaScript, Jelly script, or Powershell script.
