Integration Test Lead

The Integration Test Lead will support various projects for a corporate acquisition.

Leads the integrated testing effort across multiple applications to ensure Program success.

Provides oversight of integrated test plans, test cases/scripts, and test reports

Leads the development of tests that model business scenarios to validate that the system functions as intended and to expose risks related to unintended consequences

Ensures that the testing of application software and systems for quality prior to approving its release

Identifies risks/potential problems to testing methodologies that introduce excessive risk to the delivery of a system or to the final product

Conducts project tracking and status for the entire testing effort.

Identify trends between test cycles

Ensure QA standards, process and procedures are followed

Maintains active participation in project teams for all phases of the projects

Supports Change Management processes and validates the adherence to IT policies and procedures

Identifies risks/potential problems to testing methodologies that introduce excessive risk to the delivery of a system or to the final product

Creates tests that model business scenarios to validate that the system functions as intended and to expose risks related to unintended consequences

Work in a Project Team environment

Conduct test case design review meetings with application business owners, and data migration technical teams

Analyze test results, log, track, and monitor all quality assurance issues, statuses, and resolutions

Required Skills:

Thorough and detailed understanding of all phases the Software Development

Lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile and Waterfall is required

Understanding of software testing lifecycles, in either agile or Waterfall environments

Experience in all QA cycles, such as test plan creation, test case creation and execution and reporting are a must

Comfortable briefing C-level executives on testing status and defect resolution

Adept with MS Office Suite
