Field Service Systems Engineer

Must have/Work on:

BS/BA in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or demonstration of equivalent experience.

Minimum of 6+ years’ relevant experience.

Minimum of 4 years of relevant engineering development work experience within the elevator industry in network engineering of elevator equipment, system administration, system & network design using elevator technology, and software troubleshooting.

Experience with Modbus, BACnet, OPC Wireshark is highly recommended.

Ability to travel extensively across the USA in support of our clients.

Experience writing script and batch files both in Linux and Windows.

Analysis and troubleshooting skills in RS232/RS485 and TCP networking are required.

Bonus points for domain knowledge in more than one Elevator and/or Escalator PLC and/or controller.

Exposure to Python, SQL databases, Go and other web-based technologies.
