EHR Solutions Architect

Remote

Location: 100% remote (must live in one of the following states: MO, IL, OK, WI, CO, FL, IA, IN, MD, MI, NC, TN or TX)

We are seeking an Electronic health record system expert and key consultant on the most complex application and data integration issues. 

Leads highly visible multidisciplinary project teams or initiatives; provides thought leadership. 

Improves organizational performance through the application of original thinking to existing and emerging business models, methods, processes, products and services.

Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Influences internal and external business and regulatory issues that have an impact on the business.

Leads highly visible multidisciplinary project teams or initiatives; provides thought leadership.

Proactively identifies and solves the most complex problems; uses ground-breaking methods to think beyond existing solutions.

Impacts business direction through the development of innovative services or products and redefines best practices or external theories.

Uses strong customer centered focus and strategic thinking ability to negotiate with senior management, customers, regulators, or vendors to influence decisions.

Uses ability to develop and implement comprehensive roadmaps across product spaces.

Acts as a driver of change within the department and throughout the organization.

Providing business architecture and systems processing guidance.

Ensuring the efficiency, security, and support of the organization's goals.

Creating methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management, and change control.

Determining and implementing build versus buy strategies, mentor personnel, and views of the overall business strategy.

Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education

EXPERIENCE:

Seven years' experience
