Education and Experience »
Bachelor’s degree in data science, analytics, or related field.
4+ years of experience in digital, marketing and / or customer analytics, ideally supporting a consumer brand.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation or CRM tools (Salesforce.com or equivalent), web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or equivalent), testing and targeting tools (Google Optimize, Optimizely, etc.) and social measurement platforms (Social Studio, Sprinklr, Sprout, or equivalent).
Prior experience using data and analytics tools (SQL, Oracle BI, Tableau, Qlik, R, SAS).
Specific experience in selection and implementation of data management platforms (CDP, CRM, DMP).
A passion for the combination of marketing and analytics.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
As the Digital Analytics Manager, you will build and maintain a foundation to quickly accelerate our digital analytics capabilities and provide recommendations on optimizing digital customer acquisition and engagement based on these learnings
Will leverage web analytics tools including a CRM platform and social measurement tools to develop aggregate performance and insight reports / dashboards for review with marketing stakeholders
Establish a quantitative view of customer lifetime value and tracking changes in trends across key drivers
Create and maintain a framework for quantifying customer lifetime value and identifying the levers that impact key areas including spending per customer, frequency and retention
Analyze and report marketing results to optimize the impact of online and offline marketing and sales initiatives (offers / promotions, advertising and digital initiatives) to drive revenue growth and achieve ROI goals
Lead internal and agency resources to create advanced and predictive models such as marketing mix, propensity to buy, attrition and advanced targeting / profiling models; partnering with marketing teams to utilize output to optimize our marketing mix
Lead the development, implementation and optimization of test and target programs
Lead end-to-end project work, including data collection (internal and syndicated sources), model development and execution, interpretation of model results and engaging key business stakeholders
Provide regular status reports and briefings to stakeholders and functional leadership teams
