Desktop Technician

Remote

(But must be local to New Albany, OH)

MUST HAVES:

Desktop/Technical support experience

Installation and configuration experience

Knowledge of application support for O365 and SharePoint online, Exchange Admin Center, SCCM admin, JAMF admin.

Knowledge of performance measuring and monitoring of IT systems.

Strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles, processes, tools, and techniques.

NICE TO HAVE:

Knowledge of ProofPoint Protection System is preferred.
