Job Description:

Data Analyst will need to collect data from various sources (ServiceNow, MEMCM, Flexera, PowerBI, SQL, etc) and manage this data per application to ensure remediation efforts are proceeding as planned.

In this Role:

Develop reports and analysis

Generate reports from single or multiple systems.

Provide technical expertise on data

Meet with application owners & their teams to determine remediation status.

Validate remediation efforts.

Evaluate and update data as needed

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

3-5 years of technical experience in data analysis

Expertise in assessing complex data sets from 1 or more data sources.

Understanding of IT models and how data relates.

Proficient in ServiceNow

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)

Process driven, detailed-oriented, and strong organizational skills

Critical-thinking and problem-solving capabilities (simple to complex)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Motivated self-starter and ability to work in a team environment

Ability to work well under pressure to meet compressed deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

1 or more years of SQL, SAS, or other data systems

Experience with technology lifecycle and asset portfolio management

Experience in the health insurance industry and/or in information technology
