Must have:

Cherwell Administrator (ITIL change, incident, request, CMDB tracking system similar to ServiceNow). 

Ability to translate non-technical descriptions and requirements into technical solutions.

Knowledge of SaaS applications with both hosted and on-premise components

Experience installing and upgrading software.

High level understanding of relational database concepts.

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to test software configurations against desired functionality.
